MANILA, Philippines – Pinoys would have wanted to see Miss International 2013 Bea Rose Santiago crown Bianca Guidotti as her successor.
But instead, it was Puerto Rico's Valerie Hernandez who was declared as the 2014 Miss International during the pageant's coronation night held at Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa in Tokyo, Japan on Tuesday.
The 21-year-old Hernandez is Puerto Rico's second Miss International titleholder.
