MANILA, Philippines – It seems like Ai-Ai delas Alas has finally mended her heart after separating with husband of one month Jed Salang.
In an interview with entertainment news site Push published on Wednesday, July 1, the comedienne revealed she is currently dating a younger man.
“Parati namang mas bata yung nalilink sa akin kasi first yun yung binata. Kasi kapag kaedad ko na may mga asawa na yun or hiwalay, ganyan. Parati namang mas bata,” Ai-Ai explained.
The 49-year-old ABS-CBN talent said she and her new man are still in a getting to know each other stage.
“Happy (ako), peaceful. And career happy din. Happy lahat,” Ai-Ai told Push.
Ai-Ai separated from Salang last year after being married for one month. Her divorce with Salang was finalized earlier this year.
“Naka move-on na ako. One year na rin sa May na hiwalay ako. Na-divorce na rin ako. Siguro I need to move on,” Ai-Ai told members of the press last May. - Chuck Smith
