MANILA, Philippines - This Father’s Day, dads in the South are in for a rocking musical treat as legendary rock icon and composer Ramon “RJ†Jacinto relive the glorious music of his youth in a special show on June 15, 5 p.m., at the Festival Supermall’s second level Carousel Court, in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
RJ is ready to take centerstage with the brand of music he is known for — rock ’n roll.
He has been in the music industry since the ’60s as the frontman of the band The Riots. Best known for his amazing skills on the guitar, RJ has produced 12 studio albums, three compilation albums and three live albums. He has collaborated with local artists such as Hotdog, Ely Buendia, Sitti, Noel Cabangon and Richard Poon, as well as international artists such as Bobby Kimball of Toto and John Ford Coley.
Not just a shopper’s and food lover’s paradise, Festival Supermall has been a venue for many concerts in the past, as well as album launches and celebrity promotional tours.
