KC: ‘Best actress na din ako’

MANILA, Philippines- She may be in the US, but KC Concepcion says she is overwhelmed by all the congratulatory messages that she received from her family, friends, and fans.

The most special was from her mom, megastar Sharon Cuneta.  KC won the Best Actress award for the film “Boy Golden” at the PMPC Star Awards for Movies.

In her Instagram account, KC posted a screen capture of Sharon’s text message to her. It says, “Congrats, Tina! You really deserve it. Am proud of your achievements, especially this one! I love and miss you.”

KC said through the photo’s caption that this message “means the world to me!!” She’s also happy that she was able to make her mother proud  and adds: “Thank you, Ma. Best actress na din ako.”
