MANILA, Philippines - After its successful theatrical release, this year’s blockbuster suspense-horror film The Healing: Director’s Cut, starring Vilma Santos (photo), can be seen on TV via SKYcable Season Pass until Oct. 7.
A masterpiece of director Chito Roño, The Healing is about Filipinos’ strong belief on faith healers. It follows the life-changing experience of Seth (Vilma) and the people she convinced to get help from the faith healer whom she thought made a miracle to her father.
