MANILA, Philippines - As usual, even if there’s no special occasion, philanthropist Pinky Tobiano yesterday invited some members of her favorite barkada to a late lunch at 8 Spices, a resto which serves mostly Thai food located at Scout Borromeo (right across from Puregold) in Quezon City. Pinky has just come back from Bangkok where she spent the long holiday with her family.
