Sarabia takes oath as Board of Optometry chairperson

MANILA, Philippines - Dr. Vivian Sarabia, Eyewear Stylist to the Stars, was appointed chairperson of the Board of Optometry of the Professional Regulation Commission last March 8. She served as member of the board after her appointment by Pres. Noynoy Aquino in August last year. Vivian’s grandfather, Dr. Federico B. Sarabia, was the first Filipino optometrist, and her father, Dr. Federico G. Sarabia Jr., was the first PRC chairman of the board until 1979.
