MANILA, Philippines - The TeleNovela channel is the first 24/7 soap opera channel not only in the Philippines but also in Asia. This endeavor is made possible by the partnership of Beginnings at Twenty Plus Inc. together with Televisa Internacional.
The channel will feature an eclectic mix that is bound to entertain audiences of all ages — from the timeless love stories that span generations, both contemporary and epic in scope, suspense thrillers, youth-oriented melodramas and childrenís adventure stories ó all proven to be blockbuster hits where they were first shown in their country of origin and even in other countries.
Since the advent of television, we, Pinoys, are already lovers of soap operas. With the proliferation of soap operas and telenovelas from the countryís major networks, the Telenovela Channel aims to be different in that it is the first of its kind to be carried to far-flung areas via provincial cable operators.
The channel also welcomes its inclusion to one of the country’s largest Cable Services, Sky Cable.
