MANILA, Philippines - A series of SPED seminars and classes will be conducted this month. These are Utilizing Instructional & Curricular Modifications for Special Needs Students in an Inclusion Program on Nov. 20 and Utilizing Effective Strategies to Serve the Needs of Special Children, Nov. 27. Next month, there will be Preparing an Effective Individualized Education Plan (IEP), a Vital Tool in the SPED Program on Dec. 4 and How to Cope When Your Child or Student is Special, Dec. 11. Meanwhile, a basic sign language class will be conducted on Nov. 30 and Dec. 10, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. All seminars and classes will be held at 98 Matatag, Bgy. Central, Quezon City. Except for the sign language class, seminar hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Registration starts at 8:15 a.m. Weekday classes on the modules may be conducted as per arrangement.
