Hosted by Chris Tiu and Love Añover, Hanep Buhay is the first business reality-magazine show on local TV. It premieres tomorrow, Nov. 20, 7 a.m.
Hailing from a family of entre-Pinoys and a successful businessman himself, Chris shares his business savvy to budding entrepreneurs while providing practical tips on how to improve one’s financial situation.
Apart from hosting Kapuso shows, Love is also a businesswoman who has ventured into selling fashionable shawls and wraps called iLove Wraps. Chris and Love will lead the Hanep Buhay team to turn dreams of small entrepreneurs into a reality.
In pilot episode, Chris and Love come to the rescue of a family karinderya in need of an expert overhaul. Wilfredo and Jennifer Vicente started their food business by delivering packed lunches to cinema employees. They soon put up their own store and for seven years served delicious, affordable food to the community. But the karinderya is getting old. Its walls are dilapidated and the owners need a refresher on food presentation.
The Hanep Buhay team also discovered that the couple share blessings to the hungry who pass by their store even while facing tough times of their own. A makeover is prepared, and the Hanep Buhay team moves in to make the couple’s dream business come to life.
Hanep Buhay also feeds the appetite for good old Christmas cheer with a step-by-step guide for setting up a food cart business in time for the holidays.
