Live, work & play at Avida

Princess Velasco and The CompanY provide the entertainment.

MANILA, Philippines - Avida Land Corp. recently marked another milestone with the launch of Avida Towers Global City.

Ayala Land. Inc.’s top honchos Antonio Aquino and Bobby Dy and Avida Land’s Leo Montenegro and Chris Maglanoc led the celebration that saw great music and an overflow of treats, food and wine.

The artist lineup was headlined by The CompanY that opened up its set with a song that set the celebratory vibe of the night, a cover of the Black Eyed Peas’ I Gotta Feeling. It regaled guests with popular hits and songs off Lighthearted.

Newcomer Aries Sales sang covers. He has gained a following in his native Davao City for his vocal and acoustic skills.

Platinum record artist Princess Velasco capped the event with songs from her album, Addicted to Acoustic.

Aside from these performances, guests were treated to treats that gave a glimpse of the Avida Towers Global City lifestyle — a mini bar that offered flavorful cups of coffee, a Passion Wall that encouraged guests to leave messages or wishes about their own personal passions, and sumptuous dinner and free-flowing wine.

One of the highlights was the grand visual presentation that showcased the features that will make future residents love their Avida Towers Global City home and community.

There are the beautiful homes, exciting amenities, its proximity to BGC’s dining and lifestyle establishments, and readily accessible public transportation — things that would surely make one stay for a lifetime.

As Avida head of Residential Buildings Dez Cruz would say, “At Avida Towers Global City, the Live, Work, Play lifestyle is not just a dream, but a reality.”

Avida Towers Global City is one of the latest high-rises that Avida is offering. Other projects are located in Makati City, Sucat, Alabang, San Lazaro, New Manila and Cebu.
