SPED seminars for teachers, students

Muñoz, a fully credentialed special education teacher in California, will hold the following seminars for parents and teachers: Preparing an Effective Individualized Education Plan (IEP), a Vital Tool in the SPED Program today, Utilizing Instructional and Curricular Modifications for Special Needs Students in an Inclusion Program on Oct. 31; Utilizing Effective Strategies to Serve the Needs of Special Children, Nov. 7; Implementing an Effective Inclusion Program for Children with Special Needs, Nov. 14; and How to Cope When Your Child or Student is Special, Nov. 21. Seminars and classes are held at Protégé SPED Center: Unit F, 3/f, 732 N.S. Amoranto St. (formerly Retiro) near cor. Sto. Domingo Ave, Sta. Mesa Heights, Quezon City. Tel. nos: 0918-3588855; 576-0869 and 434-6064. Seminar hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Registration starts 8:30 a.m. Classes on SPED strategies, IEP Writing, Inclusion Program and Basic Sign Language, are held regularly.
