PCCAI visits Taipei Economic Cultural Office

MANILA, Philippines – The Philippine Chinese Charitable Association, Inc. (PCCAI) which owns and operates Chinese General Hospital & Medical Center headed by its chairman president Dr. James Dy with the Filipino-Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, Inc. led by its president Florante Dy and Maria Evita ‘Ivy’ Arago of the third district Province of Laguna, pays a courtesy call to Taipei Economic Cultural Office (TECO) Rep. Donald C.T. Lee to express gratitude for the assistance and support on Nemecia Armia-Alcaraz’s clemency from death penalty by firing squad to life imprisonment.

The meeting was held at the TECO’s headquarters, with Alcaraz’s brothers Jesus and Pablito Armia, eldest sister Rosalina Armia-Piscuena and her four sons Shallom, 20, Jerome, 18, Aaron, 16 and Ephraim 14. Also present were lawyer Narcisa Guevarra, Geralyn Baral, Elena Yang, Marianne Arceo and Eunice Arandia.
