The show’s format is "right down Lucy’s alley" because, unlike in her ABS-CBN sitcom Richard Loves Lucy (with husband, Richard Gomez), All About You requires no acting from Lucy but for her to be just her pretty self, giving televiewers tips on everything under the sun.
"I’ve been looking forward to doing this kind of show," said Lucy who writes the Sunday column Love Lucy for the Lifestyle section of The STAR. "It’s the perfect show for me."
