Heneral, 3 pa tinanggal sa P60-M nawawalang allowance ng SAF

MANILA, Philippines — Apat na senior officers ng Philippine National Police (PNP) kabilang ang isang he­neral ang sinibak kaugnay ng isyu sa  nawawalang  P 60 M daily allowance ng Special Action Force (SAF) troopers.

“Effective today (Martes), they are relieved of their posts due to the case they are facing, the case is now with the Office of the Ombudsman” wika ni PNP Spokesman P/Chief Supt. John Bulalacao.

Ang mga sinibak ay sina dating SAF Director at ngayo’y Chief ng Directorate for Integrated Operations-Southern Luzon P/ Ditector Benjamin Lusad; Senior Supt. Andre Dizon, pinuno ng Administration and Research Management Division ng DIPO-Southern Luzon; SPO2 Mila Bustamante at SPO1 James Irica.
Si Dizon ang dating Budget Officer noong si Lusad ang SAF Director nang magpalabas ang gobyerno ng karagdagang subsistence allowance para sa libong SAF commandos. Habang sina Bustamante at Irica naman ay dating nakatalaga sa Finance Office ng SAF.

Ang apat ay sinampahan ng kasong pandarambong ng mga dati at aktibong retiradong opisyal ng SAF kaugnay ng nawawalang allowance  sa mahigit dalawang taon na umaabot ng P 60 M.

Inihayag naman ni outgoing PNP Chief P/Direcror General Ronald dela Rosa na hawak na ng Ombudsman ang kaso at kung talagang may kasalanan ang nasabing mga opisyal ay dapat managot ang guilty.
