Dumapong-Ancheta kinapos

Pang-masa

“I lifted as best as I could but it wasn’t good enough for a good lift,” wika ni Ancheta, ang bronze medalist noong 2000 Paralympics sa kanyang pang-limang sunod na Paralympic Games.

“It’s a challenge for me to work harder at my sport and have a go at it again in the next competitions,” dagdag pa nito.

“Never give up, no matter how hard the situation is; never complain, always find a way, an alternative and always take the righteous path; and put God first in everything you do,” sabi ni Medina.
