CEBU, Philippines - The Cebu phase of Coach Jim Saret's FitFil (Fit-Filipino) Fitness Boot Camp will take place from May 15 to June 9 at the Terraces of Ayala Center Cebu.
The 12-15 sessions program will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 pm to 8 pm and on Saturdays from 6 am to 8 am.

The sessions include exercise briefing, nutrition counseling provided by Nestle Wellness and fitness lecture. To add fun to the activity, there will be games and raffle draws.
"Definitely, each training day will never be boring," said Saret.
Those who will be joining the camp will be able to design their own fitness goal. Also, they will have a chance to meet like-minded folks passionate in fitness who will provide them motivation all throughout.
"For those joining the program with weight loss in mind, our goal is to help them lose no less than 8 to 10 pounds in 4 to 5 weeks with maximal fat burning and fitness training," assured Saret, who will be assisted in running the three-week camp by Biggest Loser Philippines former contestants Raffy, Hazel, Eric, JM, Winwin, Destiny, Ryan, Leigh and Cebu's pride Alan Choachuy.
Participants who will pass the Fitness Test Challenge will get a "FitFil Certificate."
"This is the first scientifically-based fitness standard here in the Philippines," said Saret. "Our objective is to get all boot camp participants certified. So let's get fit, Philippines."
