CEBU, Philippines - Ramon “Amon” Espinosa bagged the premiere class A title of the 2nd Sikad Para Kang Sto. Niño Mountainbike Challenge the other day in Talisay City.
Espinosa defeated the little-known Warren Viñan for the top spot, while the ever daring Albert Basirgo wound up third.
Robert Villaver lorded it over in class B after a rugged battle with Adonis Bohol. Allan Sanchez settled for third.
Dadong Carcueva, on the other hand, came out the fastest rider in class C.
In the 'Laspagay' division, Ramon Fernandez emerged as the top finisher followed by Raymond Naquines and Pedrito Bentazal.
The Alliance of Mountain Trekkers and Adventurers (AMTA) got a special award for fielding in the most number of participants. (FREEMAN)
