After crushing Don Bosco United FC last week, QCU-B sustained its momentum to hammer out a 6-0 shutout of Uptown United.
In the other men's open group B match, Panalpina World Transport kicked off its title campaign with a 2-1 cliffhanger over DB Magone.
In the age-group action, Team Giuseppe and Paref-Springdale split their respective games.
In the players 8, the Giuseppe booters silenced Springdale, 6-0, but Springdale lashed back at its tormentor via a 3-2 squeaker in the players 10 category.
The San Roque Football Club (SRFC), on the other hand, scored a twinkill over Montessori School of Lapu-Lapu via a 4-1 decision in the players 6 and a 5-1 demoltion in the players 10 class.
Don Bosco also posted two wins, with its team C dumping CPMS, 4-0, and its team 4 taking away a 3-0 triumph over BMALV in the players 6.
Don Bosco's team 3, however, fell prey to Canduman Dedon, 2-0. - THE FREEMAN
