John Flores goes for back-to-back expert class titles

CEBU, Philippines - John Flores goes for back-to-back victories in the expert class when the 2011 MS Motosuit Motocross Series stages its fifth leg today in Medellin.

The event dubbed as the 3rd Mayor Ricky Ramirez Motocross Cup is expecting not less than 50 riders from all over Cebu and some areas in the Visayas and Mindanao to see action.

Although it's a Monday, organizers of the event are expecting a good turn-out in the number of entries and spectators.

Flores wants to take advantage of the absence of Jon-Jon Adlawan, the leading expert rider in Cebu who is still in Denmark for a series of races there.

Teenager Flores, however, could not be overconfident as there are many tough riders set to see action.

Pepo Rubi is also expected to show up and duplicate his winning formula in another invitational race here last week wherein he ruled not only one, but three classes.

Cebu's top executive rider, Seigfred Ornopia and his sons, Brylle, Kerry and Keizer are also anticipated to do well in their respective classes.

The likes of Jun Enriquez, BJ Pepito, Jubenile Abellar, Dongkey Sanchez, Cyril Tariman among others are also highly favored to win their respective classes. – THE FREEMAN
