P15T at stake in Mohon mountainbike tilt

CEBU, Philippines - Some of Cebu's cycling enthusiasts gear up for the 1st Sikad Para Ni Sto.Niño Mountainbike Challenge this Sunday in Mohon, Talisay City.

The categories to be contested are the open for expert riders, seniors, executives and beginners.

Registration fee is pegged at P200 for experts and P150 for the rest of the classes. Entry forms are available at the Mohon barangay hall.

The first 50 registrants before the race day will receive freebies from event sponsors.

The participants will have to deal with a technical route from the Sto.Niño parish grounds passing through the interior parts of barangay Mohon and back.

A total of P15,000 in cash prizes will be given away to the top performers in each class.   (FREEMAN NEWS)
