Noriel Pagador, Yben Montemayor, Rayner Espejo and Roy Bana booted out their respective rivals to keep their title campaigns in motion.
Pagador easily terminated Philip Pare, 5-1, while in sharp contrast, Montemayor was pushed to the limit before fending off Bernand Marbella via a 5-4 cliffhanger. Espejo crushed Christian Bata, while Bana whipped Johnlo Playboy with uniform scores of 5-2.
Aside from customized cue sticks, the top four winners will also receive cash prizes, with the champion taking home P20,000.
The second will pocket P10,000, while the second and third will rake in P5,000 and P2,000, respectively. The fifth to eight will each get P500, while the ninth to 16th placers will earn a consolation prize of P300 apiece.
