CEBU, Philippines - All the racers who failed to register ahead are given until today to enlist themselves for the 8th RECYCLE-Luzvimin-USA Cebu Race Series.
Also known as ‘Tour Ni Frank’, the two-day tiff will kick off tomorrow at the Mandaue City reclamation area.
The first day is a criterium, while the final day is a road race covering Toledo, the Trans-central highway and Buak.
Dr. JV Araneta, one of the event organizers, said that five teams from Manila will take part in the competition as well as riders from Leyte and Dipolog City.
The bulk of entries, of course, are coming from host Cebu including HBC of Ernie Hortaleza, DECC, PLDT, MJY, Cebu Cycling squad and the Union Cyclista Zanorte.
