Lambo claims top honors in Sinulog Criterium race

CEBU, Philippines - Tyre Lambo prevented Dr. JV Araneta from ruling another race by claiming the top spot of the Sinulog Criterium the other day at the Mandaue City reclamation area.

Lambo, thus, finally got what he wanted after the third leg of this month’s edition of this C2 category race.

Alan Pastor trailed Araneta while Nanie Quijano took the fourth place honors.

In the second leg, Lito Quebec emerged as the overall winner, while Tats Codina and Hyde Esmalin occupied the next two seats in the C2 class, while veteran pedal-pusher Rolando Pagnanawon dominated class B followed by Ome Rodriguez and Roger Lastimoso.

This weekend, the local racers will take on a tougher challenge as they strut their wares in the RECYCLE -Luzvimin-USA Cycling Series.
