Jimmy Yu tops Sphinx Gun Club Mid-Year Fun Shoot

CEBU, Philippines - Jimmy Yu shone the brightest in the Sphinx Shooters and Gun Club, Inc. Mid-Year Fun Shoot recently at the club’s firing range located at Camp Lapu-Lapu in Brgy. Apas, this city.

Yu outgunned Bebot Ouano to rule the shooters-standard category, while Alex Tecson came in third. Gary Herrera placed fourth followed by Roeldo Diagon.

Joel Concepcion, on the other hand, topped the shooters-production class, while Arnold Go and Ron Sanchez took the second and third place honors, respectively. Rudy Marcelo was fourth and Noel Porcia fifth.

Avenger Alob also made it to the podium after lording it over in the novice standard. The next two spots were occupied by Eduardo Diaz and Jose Obediente, Jr. Frederick Bonjoc wound up fourth followed by Jesus Erwin Buot.

 Alberto Palermo completed the list of top individuals performers as he lifted the champion’s trophy in the novice production. Herbeto Lana bagged the first runner-up honors, while Arnulfo Gambito, Camilo Sevilles and Christian Asares rounded up the top five finishers. – EBV (BANAT NEWS)
