Team Convergys is raring to protect its reputation as the best among call centers when it plays in the 1st ever RCTV Inter Call Center Basketball Championships that kicks off on December 1 at the Bright Academy basketball court in Banilad, this city.
Convergys will try to fend off the challenge from Teletech, 1 and 2, Western Wats, E-Telecare, E-Performax and Qualfon.
The tournament follows a single-round robin format with the top four teams advancing to the crossover semifinals.
