Girl, 8, abducted?
CEBU, Philippines — An eight-year-old girl is believed to have been kidnapped after she was reported missing by her mother since 11:37 a.m. yesterday.
Tyree Lanny Rendal You reported at the Police Station 2 of Mandaue City Police Office yesterday after that her daughter, Jim Nichole Rendal You, has been missing since yesterday morning.
The victim, a Filipino-Korean, was last seen at Igera Apartment in Barangay Bakilid, Mandaue City. According to the mother, an unidentified person entered their apartment before her daughter went missing.
As seen on the CCTV footage, the unidentified person entered through the upper portion of the apartment. When the person left the apartment he was seen carrying a luggage believed to have been used to conceal the girl.
Police Station 2 chief Maj. Romeo Caacoy said they are already looking into the incident. FPL (FREEMAN)
