Construction of Woodland Park Residences starts

CEBU, Philippines – Rafaelito A. Barino, president of Duros Development Corp., has announced the start of the construction of its first subdivision project located in Upper Yati, Liloan,l Cebu and known as Woodland Park Residences.

The design of the project is an exclusive residential country-style subdivision, surrounded by century-old trees and woodland entrance overlooking the beautiful scenery of the Liloan waters.

The location of the subdivision project used to be the dwelling place of Mrs. Fe Mantuhac-Barino's ancestors.

During the blessing and groundbreaking of the project last Dec. 7, native residents and relatives of the Mantuhac family trooped to the place to attend the Mass celebrated in honor of the ancestors and for the blessing of the place.

The Mass was officiated by Msgr. Fred Kriekenbeek, the spiritual director of the Love of God Community, a covenanted community founded by Lito-Fe Barino.
