CEBU, Philippines - The 7th Regional Community Defense Group of the Army Reserve Command Station based at Camp Lapulapu, Cebu City will process qualified applicants for Probationary Officer Training Corps (POTC) class 31-2010.
The group, which is under the leadership of Colonel Norman Gomez, is tentatively scheduled to convene this September at the headquarters of the Army Reserve Command in Tanza, Cavite.
Applicants are required to fill up a computerized application form, have a recommendation from the group commander, submit a full size photo and birth certificate from the local civil registrar or the National Statistics Office (NSO).
Other requirements include photocopy of college diploma and transcript of records, both basic and advance ROTC certificate and certificate of grades if not indicated in the TOR.
Applicants are also required to submit a physical examination report from any military hospital, a command clearance certificate, and affidavit statement of military service.
The required height for both male and female is 5’0” and the age must be 21 and not more than 30 years old.
