Man charged for shooting minor

CEBU, Philippines - Police are still looking for a man who shot and wounded a minor last January 9, 2010, in sitio Tubod, Barangay Valladolid, Carcar City.

The 17-year-old was reportedly playing computer games when he was shot by his neighbor Jingle Lapiña, 25, several times with a .45 cal. pistol.

An investigation conducted by SPO1 Jorame Tanudtanud and PO2s Paulino Sanchez Jr., and Christopher Mendaros revealed that while the victim was gaming the accused walked up to him and pointed a gun at him.
