CEBU, Philippines - Jealousy has again taken its toll.
A man hacked dead his neighbor whom he accused of having an affair with his wife.
The incident happened around 2 p.m. last Monday in barangay Lumbang, Dalaguete town.
Espiritu Belia, 58, allegedly hacked to death farmer Amador Dianon, 34, after learning of his wife’s illicit affair with the victim.
Belia allegedly got mad at the victim, whom he attacked and hacked using a scythe.
The suspect voluntarily surrendered to the police while the body of the victim, who died on the spot, was taken to Tupas Funeral Homes in the town. — Niña G. Sumacot/LPM (FREEMAN NEWS)
