Tangkungan pusher falls, 7 packs of shabu seized
CEBU, Philippines - Fuente Police operatives arrested the other night a 51-year-old electrician for allegedly possessing seven packs of suspected shabu in sitio Tangkungan, Sambag I, this city.
Arrested during a saturation drive was Mario Canada Alcontin, a resident of Sambag I.
Allegedly found in his possession were seven packs of suspected shabu and several drugs paraphernalia.
Insp. Glenn Hife, duty officer at the Fuente Police Station, said that they had been receiving reports that Alcontin is engaged in the illegal drugs trade in the said area.
“Daghan tong mga batan-on ang nagtapok sa among pag-abot. Naalibwag sila pero si Alcontin morag na-shock naghupot og shabu,” Hife said.
Alcontin refused to comment on the reports by the Fuente Police. Hife added that Alcontin’s customers were mostly students in one of the local universities.
“Kadtong nagtapok pulos to manuyopay,” Hife said.
