Man bites, stabs neighbor for kissing his sister

CEBU – For kissing his sister, a man bit and stabbed his neighbor in sitio Back Japer, barangay Quiot, Cebu City, last Saturday night.

Michael Cabalino, 32, single, was rushed to the Cebu City Medical Center because of the wounds he sustained in his left eyebrow and left side of his body.

The assailant, Dexter delos Ageles, of legal age, immediately fled after the incident.

Cabalino told police investigators that when he arrived home that night, he was met and greeted by the assailant’s sister, Chim-Chim delos Angeles.

As a gesture of appreciation and friendship, Cabalino claimed he kissed her on the forehead.

When he saw Cabalino kissing his sister, Dexter allegedly got irked and punched the former.

A fistfight consequently ensued between the two and at the height of their struggle, Dexter allegedly bit Cabalino on the left eyebrow and stabbed him on the left side portion of his body.

Nola delos Angeles, the assailant’s mother and some relatives intervened and stopped the brawl. Cabalino was rushed to Cebu City Medical Center for treatment while the assailant immediately fled after the incident.
