Boy, 16, caught with explosives
A 16-year-old boy believed to be a member of a street gang was arrested by policemen for possessing two bottles of improvised explosives called pillbox along
The boy (name withheld) is to be referred to the Department of Social Welfare and Development before the police could file charges against him.
The boy, a resident of Tres de Abril of barangay San Nicholas Proper, was arrested by the group of Sr. Inspector Patrocinio Abesia which was conducting patrol in the place.
According to police report, the bottles contain lead metals and metal pellets mixed with still undetermined type of powder.
