Remonde inducts Sukna officers

Presidential Management Staff Director General Cerge Remonde will induct the new set of officers of Sugbuanong Komentaristang Nagpakabana, Inc. tonight at the SMC 1521 Penthouse at San Miguel Compound in Mandaue City.

To be inducted as new offiicers are former Cordova mayor Arleigh Sitoy, president; Mandaue City councilor Victor Biaño, executive vice president; immediate past president Edgar Batiquin, board member; Jose “Boboy” Maglasang, secretary; Echell Luces, treasurer; Exequil “Eking” Gicale, auditor; lawyer Goerge Bragat, parliamentarian; Loy Jurado, mass media officer; Pete Abangan and Pol Bulilan, public relations officers; and Talisay City Mayor Soc Fernandez, lawyer Fritz Quinanola, lawyer Pete Rosito, Arthur Abregonde and Nestor “Jun” Abello, board members.

Five local government officials will grace the occasion.

Cebu sixth sistrict Rep. Nerissa Son-Ruiz will be the guest speaker, Mandaue City Mayor Jonas Cortes will deliver an inspirational talk, Cebu City Mayor Tomas Osmeña and Vice Mayor Mike Rama will each deliver their messages, and Cordova Mayor Addy Sitoy will attend as president emiritus.

After the ceremonies, giving of the achievements awards to deserving members and presenting plaques of appreciation to the honored quest will follow.
