Police investigators led by SPO3 Alex Dacua of the Homicide Section said that Vivian Gudes, 38, a janitress of the said school, found the fetus while cleaning the said comfort room.
It was the bloodstains around the trashcan that piqued her curiousity to investigate.
Police could not say if the fetus is female or male because it was not yet completely developed.
Gudes immediately called on the head security of the school who then called for police assistance.
There were no classes in the said school that day but there were some students doing activities there. Police have yet to identify the mother and cannot yet say if whether she is a student or an employee of the said school. It is the first incident of possible abortion was reported this month, but the fifth incident since last month. - Edwin Ian Melecio
