Suspected pusher found with 29 packs of shabu

A suspected drug pusher was arrested after police found 29 plastic packs of suspected shabu in his house last Friday afternoon along Olivar Street, barangay Poblacion, Danao City.
The Danao policemen led by their police chief Supt. Larson Dechino, in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, searched the house of Jose Tabla, 31, a resident of the place.
Armed with search warrant issued and signed by Regional Trial Court Branch 13 judge Meinrado Paredes, the operatives seized 29 plastic packets of suspected shabu, 30 transparent plastic packs for repacking shabu, and P6,615.00 believed to be drug money.
The operatives also arrested Alex Martel Roble, 34, of barangay Binaliw; Ritchel Meca Banzon, 32, of barangay Cogon Cruz; Jovert Telano, 20, of barangay Taboc Looc and Welmar Calderon Lawas, 28, of barangay Quisol, all of Danao City, who were found in the house during the search.
All those arrested were brought to the police station, charges are set to be filed against them on Monday. - Norvie S. Misa
