B'day bash guest killed

A male guest of a birthday party, after having allegedly been slapped twice for unknown reasons by another guest, got back at his assailant by stabbing him to death last Sunday afternoon in barangay Calambua, San Remigio town.

Teofilo Araneta Ochea, 55, who hails from sitio Gempilacan, barangay Cantubaon, Tabuelan town gave himself up after allegedly killing Allan Bertufo, married, a resident of barangay Opao, Mandaue City.

Bertulfo succumbed to a single wound on the chest.

Ochea surrendered to Calambua barangay Capt. Gomercendo Jubay.

Jubay turned him over to the police while Bertulfo's body was taken to the Cosmopolitan Funeral Homes.
