Family in Toledo arrested for drugs

A couple and their son were arrested by the Toledo City police for having drugs in their house in Purok Cypress, barangay Dumlog, Toledo City, last Thursday morning.
Toledo City policemen armed with a search warrant issued by Regional Trial Court Branch 29 judge Cesar Estrera in Toledo City raided the residence of Leonardo and Lolita Pepito.
The police were able to confiscate seven small heat-sealed plastic sachets of shabu, a marijuana cigarette and drug paraphernalia from the house. Leonardo and Lolita allegedly sold drugs to their neighborhood.
The three are presently detained at Toledo City Detention and Rehabilitation Center awaiting the filing of charges against them. - Norvie S. Misa
