Is it now 103 and counting?
A man was gunned down at around 8:30 p.m. yesterday while he was about to buy something from a sari-sari store at corner Burgos and Jereza Sts.
Police, according to reports over radio station DYSS, said that the victim, Paulino Archival Ybañez, 40, a resident of Gil Tudtud, Mabolo, was hit on his shoulder and the bullet exited through his head.
The barangay officials of San Roque, who went to the crime, said that the victim was not from the place since he did not look familiar to them. Homicide police also have yet to check if the victim has a criminal record.
Witnesses quoted in the radio report said that two men wearing black shirts, onboard a yellow motorcycle, were spotted following the man before he was shot.
