Chef Alam Singh, Indian Head Chef and Banquet Chef of Bangkok Marriott Sukhumvit has been welcomed, recently, at the Cebu City Marriott Hotel. Chef Alam Singh has worked in several Marriott properties around Asia such as JW Marriott Phuket, Marriott Rayong JW Marriott Vietnam, JW Marriott Bangkok and currently Indian Head Chef and Banquet Chef at the Bangkok Marriott Hotel Sukhumvit. With over 14 years of experience specializing in Indian cookery, Chef Alam is ready to showcase his expertise of authentic Indian cuisine to the Cebuanos.
