CEBU, Philippines - Choi City Seafood Restaurant treats the graduates of 2012 via offering a 10 percent gift cheque rebate. The graduate has to present a valid school identification card to avail of the offer. Each school ID can only be used once. The offer is ongoing till April 30, 2012.
