Hail farewell @ the Radisson

The Grand Ballroom of the Radisson Blu Hotel was filled with friends from the travel industry, media, business, etc , when they hosted the Hail and Farewell Party dedicated to their outgoing General Manager Grant Gaskin and incoming General Manager Lyle Lewis.

Mr. Gaskin is China-bound to spearhead the opening of Radisson Blu Wuxi this month. I’m sure Mr. Gaskin will be leaving Cebu with beautiful and heart-warming experiences and memories especially the inauguration of the first Radisson Blu in Asia-Pacific, the Radisson Blu Cebu. On the other hand, Mr. Lewis holds the position of Vice President for the Philippines and Japan for Carson Hotels. A seasoned hotelier and an industry veteran, definitely, Mr. Lewis will be a mega asset of the property.

Cocktails was served with the Cuerdas Quartet playing on the background. The very amiable Director of Sales and Marketing, Anna Fernandez was the night’s program host.  After the parting words of Mr. Gaskin, the ceremonial turnover of the hotel followed with the handing of the ceremonial key to Mr. Lewis.

During that night too, the new members of the Radisson Management Team were introduced, Executive Chef Marco Amarone, Director of Food and Beverage Mr. HoFai and Executive Assistant Manager Zeny Alcantara.

To Mr. Gaskin, we wish you all the best! To Mr. Lewis, welcome to Cebu!
