CEBU, Philippines - In anticipation of the grandest celebration the city celebrates, this is one of those occasions where I really wished I went through with the cloning-myself-plan. With numerous events ushering the 30th Sinulog festivities and several shindigs in-between and even more right after, I had to literally divide myself with time to at least make an appearance in every venue.
