Taking on the responsibility as General Manager of Hyatt Hotel and Casino Manila is Gottfried Bogensperger. From Austria, Bogensperger has been with Hyatt International since 1986 and brings with him a wealth experience, having worked previously in Austria, Switzerland, Mexico, Japan, Korea, Malaysia and, most recently, Singapore, where he spent the past five years.

"The presence of Hyatt and this new-generation casino hotel will definitely elevate the quality of gaming, accommodation, dining and entertainment in Manila. The hotel has been envisioned as the new gathering place in the progressive district of Malate, where the local government is continuously reconstructing historical and cultural landmarks to return to district to the standing it enjoyed in the '70's" says Bogensperger.

He adds, "We have sought out youthful, dynamic team members, and have embarked on an outstanding employee training programme to ensure hospitality excellence. Indeed, we deliver our promise of personalized service, excellent accommodation and authentic cuisine."
