It’s going to be an all-star weekend as ABS-CBN and GMA celebrities join in the celebration of the Sinulog, the annual festival in honor of Cebu’s patron, Señor Sto. Niño.

January 16. Kapamilya Fiesta heats up the SM City Cebu Entertainment Plaza as the Pinoy Dream Academy scholars Lizelle, Zen and homegrown talent Van perform and promote their album. Show starts at 4PM.
January 17. GMA 7’s red-hot property Marian Rivera headlines the Kapuso Mall Show at the V-Hire Terminal of SM City Cebu. It will be Marian’s first time in Cebu after she shot to stardom via Marimar and Dyesebel.
The hilarious tandem of Moymoy Palaboy of “Youtube” fame will do the opening number together with the cast of Istayl Nato. Interestingly, the sibling team-up of Moymoy Palaboy, now regulars in the hit gag show Bubble Gang, are proud Cebuanos.
Completing the Kapuso Mall show is one of the resident heartthrobs of the dramedy Lalola and Bubble Gang—Wendell Ramos. The Kapuso Mall Show kicks off at 3PM.
Favorite Kapamilya leading man John Lloyd Cruz, on the other hand, will lead the ensemble of ABS-CBN artists at a show to be held at the Ayala South Surface Parking Area. Joining the “I Love Betty La Fea” lead actor are the sexy beauties of the Saturday gag show, Banana Split—Angelica Panganiban, Cristine Reyes and Roxanne Guinoo. Show begins at 4PM.
The party doesn’t end there as the Kapamilya Sinulog Concert Lupig Sila jumpstarts the evening at the CSCST Main Campus at MJ Cuenco Avenue with top rock band Parokya Ni Edgar as the main act. Joining Parokya Ni Edgar are Bisrock bands Phylum, Aggressive Audio, Agadiers, and Pasakanin.
January 18. Fittingly culminating the weekend with a bang, the good-looking pair of Richard Gutierrez and KC Concepcion, stars of the upcoming Valentine movie When I Met U, will grace the Sinulog parade aboard the GMA Films Float. The movie is scheduled for a Feb. 11 playdate.
Viewers at home will also get another special treat as Survivor Philippines First Pinoy Sole Survivor JC Tiuseco will assume hosting duties for the festival coverage, beginning 8AM. JC is joined by fellow castaways Jace Flores and Nikki Dacullo. Following their Survivor Philippines stint, all three have found their place in the spotlight. JC and Nikki are on Unang Hirit, while Jace is on Luna Mystika.
Meanwhile, the Kapamilya Fiesta continues as dancer-comedian Vhong Navarro promises to deliver the laughs and entertainment at the SM Entertainment Plaza. Show starts at 4PM.
