CEBU, Philippines — HTLand Inc., has unveiled its 1.1-hectare amenity deck for its Mandani Bay Suites residents and unit owners.

In an exclusive preview and press conference on November 22, HTLand Project Director Gilbert Ang shared some of the features of Mandani Bay Suites Towers 1 and 2 and its spacious Amenity Deck located at the fifth floor of the development.

“Exceptional inside and out, Mandani Bay upholds its high standards as we deliver our promise of world-class transformation in Cebu. The community that will call Mandani Bay Suites home will take pride in being part of this newest crown jewel in the skyline of Metro Cebu,” said Ang.

According to Ang, the unveiling of its resort-inspired amenity deck is just the start of showcasing the transformation of the seaside township which will transform the 20-hectare waterfront township into a world-class lifestyle destination.

The Mandani Bay Suites highlights its world-class finishings and amenities that adhere to international standards in design and green building.

With a total of 1,226 residential units, which have been sold out, HT Land has already officially turned over about 120 units to owners as of June this year.

Mandani Bay Suites boasts of its world-class towers that feature units from generously-sized studios to three-bedroom configurations, as well as special offerings such as garden units, lofts, and penthouses.

As a powerhouse collaboration of Hongkong Land and Taft Properties, Mandani Bay echoes this convergence of global and local excellence throughout Mandani Bay Suites, where luxurious interior design is complemented by the evocative paintings of renowned Cebuano visual artist, Sio Montera, and carefully-selected furniture by local Cebuano designer Murillo.

Carefully planned and designed, each unit in Mandani Bay Suites is a work of art, where large windows illuminate the gleaming floors and granite countertops, all precisely cut and laid out. Meanwhile, lobbies and hallways of both towers exude elegance with their carefully designed interiors, grandeur drop-off area, and pet-friendly elevators.

The two towers of Mandani Bay Suites sit atop a podium that houses community support facilities and recreational amenities that come standard with today’s high-end condominium developments. These include the Lap and Kids’ Pool, Fitness Gym that provides a view of the Mactan Channel, and Clubhouse that houses a Function Room, Reading Nook, Kids’ Play Room, Karaoke Rooms, and a Game Hall. The amenity deck also has unique spaces such as an Outdoor Reading Garden, Yoga Deck, and Barbecue Pit.

Support in Mandani Bay Suites is also first-rate, with a dedicated team on standby for any rare concern a resident may have about their unit. Maintenance will even be on call via the Mandani Bay Community App, a tool that places advanced accessibility features in the hands of its residents.

True to its commitment of developing world-class living spaces, Mandani Bay Suites recently received a 5-star Building for Ecologically Responsive Design (BERDE) rating from the Philippine Green Building Council (PHILGBC). The project also recently received the Best Green Development Award the 2021 PropertyGuru Philippine Property Awards, solidifying the development’s adherence to world-class standards in green building.

Strategically located along the Mactan Channel in Mandaue City, Mandani Bay aims to set the bar for a new era of development in the Philippines as it is poised to become the focal lifestyle center of its area and one of Asia’s key urban landmarks.

The entire development is set to build 10,000 to 12,000 condominium units in 20 high-rise towers.
