CEBU, Philippines - Now that its first phase has been sold out and almost fully occupied, Prohomes Development Corp. embarks a continued construction of added residential units for Haniyyah Homes II, offering more affordable and quality residences available to the real estate market.
Prohomes first developed Haniyyah Homes in a 6-hectare property across the parish of our Lady of Perpetual Help in Barangay Babag, Lapu-Lapu City in 2010.
According to sales and marketing manager Michele Chiu, the completion of phase one of Haniyyah in over a year could be attributed to a unique technology applied by Prohomes’ mother company, Johndorf Ventures Corp.
It is a system developed for over 20 years of experience in building affordable to high-end residences, she said.
She added that the developer proceeded with phase two last year, building over 500 more units of two-storey townhouses built in rows.
Chiu further noted that half of total number of units will be ready for occupancy after summer of this year.
Also, the construction of Haniyyah Homes II has actually gone way ahead of schedule and would be soon available to would-be homeowners.
Haniyyah Homes II is situated on the south side of the entire subdivision.
Johndorf invested P100 million in Prohomes to develop Haniyyah Homes which is considered to be the eight gated residential subdivision built in Cebu since 2006.
Initially, its mother company created Prohomes as a subsidiary with a vision to be a leader in affordable living.
Johndorf fully acquired the latter last year to fully realize Prohomes’ mission of providing homes within the means of most Filipinos.
With the option of owning their homes, Haniyyah buyers could buy a residential unit worth around P1.25 million through PAG-IBIG or bank financing.
Prohomes will soon offer in-house financing scheme.
Amenities of the gated community of Haniyyah Homes include a multi-purpose hall, basketball court, landscaped parks, playgrounds, concrete road networks with underground drainage system, and a commercial area. (FREEMAN)
