In Gardenia Cebu, its initial product offerings include Classic White Bread, High Fiber Wheat Bread, California Raisin Loaf, Chocolate Chip Loaf and butter toasts that will surely capture the Cebuano taste.

Gardenia’s hygienic system complies strictly with current Good Manufacturing Processes (cGMP) and follows the highest standard for food quality and safety through the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) practices.

When Gardenia loaves get to the supermarket or to  “suking tindahan,” it is sealed using the pioneering color-coded G-lock system that tells the day of the week for which the bread was baked for.  The G-lock color coding is part of Gardenia’s quality control system.
