FLI meets competition head on with innovations

CEBU, Philippines - Amid the hard-hitting competition among developers and the growing demand in the local real estate industry, Filinvest Land Inc. considers such challenges to penetrate the market through its varied developments and innovations.

FLI AVP – Area Sales Head for Visayas Boler Binamira Jr. said in an interview that the booming economy in Cebu led to the escalation of the demand for real estate and residential dwelling.

He added that the year 2012 is considered to be one of the apex and most exciting years for Filinvest with the expansion of the business process outsourcing industry, emergence of more business establishments and increase of the migration in the urban areas.

He further cited the competition in the industry is also parallel with the market opportunities, describing it as “tough, challenging and exciting.”

“Cebu is now a growing city and our real estate is also in an upward trend. It is on top of everything and people are excited to see Cebu booming. It is now ready for the condo and residential unit market. This is where all kinds of selling property and value for money will come, proving the best in the market which we believe we have,” he said.

He noted that a higher demand may also result to an expected increase of property prices, foreseeing Cebu with a potential for escalating property value.

Meanwhile, Binamira said that to further reach out to its clients, Filinvest celebrates a week-long “Property Festival 2012” at SM City Cebu Lower Ground Floor from June 14 – June 20.

As of June 15, he added that the company has already generated 50 prospects who expressed their interest to buy properties, expecting an increase of the number of leads on the remaining exhibit days.

FLI Marketing Brand Activations Officer Joseph Raul Geotina, on the other hand, described the corporate exhibit as experiential as it gives the public a bird’s eyeview on a certain development project such as Citta di Mare and Grand Cenia.

He added the festival is reflective to the commitment of the company in its thrust to provide homes for the Filipinos and the passion for service in building the Filipino dream.

“We are taking Cebu in to this so-called development wherein you can feel the warmth and experience us here in Filinvest, not just the landscaping. Filinvest shares its capability to serve, its promise to the market it serves, more than the value for money but the delivery of service to its interested market,” he stated.

He further noted that the festival coincides with the recent launching of the company’s brand ambassador in the personality of Kris Aquino.
